He claimed that the number was singled out from a shopping receipt and has been buying the same Toto 6D number for almost a year. Accompanied by his young wife and two friends, the winner collected his winning money at Sports Toto’s head office. With a big smile on his face, the father of three children said he wants to keep his winnings for his children’s education.
