On Tuesday, 4 February 2014 (Draw No. 4010/14), a 40-something factorymanager won RM7,332,722.40 Toto 4D Jackpot 1 through one of the jackpot tickets he picked up from a Toto sales counter in his hometown in Selangor during the Chinese New Year. His winning pair of numbers was “8477 & 5751”. Not knowing that one of the tickets had won him millions of ringgit, this unwitting winner left the tickets with his elder brother and went back outstation for work. He was extremely shocked on receiving a call from his brother telling him that he won a jackpot! As he was very tied down at work, he got his brother to claim the prize money on his behalf. The claimant’s brother happily said that the winner has promised to share 10% of his winnings with him! The winner also won an additional RM672 from 4 sets of the 3rd prize as the winning ticket was a System 4 ticket.
