A technician in his 50s, from Penang won a whopping RM12,128,127.20 when his Lucky Pick numbers “3770 & 4993” were drawn as the winning numbers of Toto 4D Jackpot 1 on 20th January 2013. Admitting that he is just a casual player, the winner recounted that he got the inspiration to bet on the winning draw after attending a memorial service for his late father. He further added that it was a blessing from his late father. As a result of playing System 20, he got extra prize money totaling RM6,048 from winning 36 sets of the 3rd prize. He said winning the jackpot was just timely as his only daughter had wanted to pursue a degree in medicine overseas which he could ill-afford.
